Planned Daily Maintenance
Please be aware that planned maintenance reboots on Access servers are performed between 3:00AM and 4:30AM Eastern time. Users connected during this time will be given a 90 second warning prior to disconnection. Users may exit the system, wait 1 minute, and reconnect to an available server. An example of the warning message appears below:
Saturday Nextgen Maintenance
Please be aware that planned maintenance on the Nextgen EHR servers is performed between 7:00PM SAT and 5:00AM SUN Eastern time. Users are asked to complete all work and logout of the Nextgen system prior to this maintenance window.
Please be advised that the network will be unavailable from 07:00 pm to 11:59 pm on Saturday July 16th 2016. This period of downtime is scheduled for necessary network device replacement at the BCHP Chappaqua Datacenter.
Email, MBA and all Network Shares and Logons will be affected.
